ROCHESTER, N.Y. — Part of Culver Road in Rochester is closed to all traffic in both directions.
The area between University Avenue and Atlantic Avenue is shut down while CSX repairs the railroad bridge overpass. Detours are posted.
The section of Culver is expected to reopen by Saturday.
