Car abandoned after police chase that began in Henrietta

ROCHESTER, N.Y. — A New York State Police chase that began on Hylan Drive in Henrietta overnight ended up in the city, where the driver abandoned the car.
The chase began when troopers tried to pull over a Chevy but it wouldn’t stop. The chase went through several roads before the car was abandoned on Monroe Avenue.
News10NBC’s photojournalist saw police shutting down Monroe Avenue near Oxford Street after the chase ended. State Police have not announced any arrests.
