ROCHESTER, N.Y. — A man is accused of driving while intoxicated after a rollover crash on Emerson Street off Dewey Avenue.
The 29-year-old driver was taken into custody after Rochester Police say his SUV hit a parked car, spun out of control, and landed on its side. It happened around 11:15 p.m. on Monday and no one was injured.
