The U of R increases security after multiple cars broken into

ROCHESTER, N.Y. — The University of Rochester is ramping up security after more than a dozen cars were broken into on Wednesday morning.
It happened on the River Campus. Two suspects have been arrested so far but police say they’re searching for more.
