K-9 cops. Meet the newest members of the RPD

ROCHESTER, N.Y. (WHEC) – Two new recruits have joined the ranks of the Rochester Police Department.

April 6 was graduation day for the new members of the K-9 unit along 9 of their fellow K-9 officers who completed their annual certification last week.

The dogs train throughout the year at the Public Safety Training Facility obstacle course and at other spots throughout the county to keep their certification.

Congrats to the entire unit!
