Police investigating Fernwood Avenue house shooting

ROCHESTER, N.Y. (WHEC) – Police are investigating a shooting that happened on Fernwood Avenue Monday night.

Around 9:30 p.m., Police responded to a shot spotter activation in the 200 block of Fernwood Avenue. When officers arrived at the scene, it was determined that a house was shot multiple times.

Police say there were people inside the home that was struck by gunfire, although no one was injured during the incident.

No one is in custody right now in connection with the shooting.
