Car fire spreads to house in Bushnell’s Basin

BUSHNELL’S BASIN, N.Y. — There was serious damage to a car and house Wednesday after a fire on Charing Cross.
The Bushnell’s Basin fire chief says it happened around 8 a.m. when the car in the driveway caught fire, and it spread to the house. the car was a total loss, and the house suffered moderate damage.
Nobody was hurt.
