City Council to vote on $100K consulting for Rochester Police Accountability Board
ROCHESTER, N.Y. — The Rochester City Council is set to vote on a significant decision regarding the Police Accountability Board (PAB) on Tuesday, Nov. 26.
The council will consider whether to pay “Breakthrough Leadership Consulting” nearly $100,000 to develop a three-year strategic plan for the PAB. The creation of this plan is expected to take one year.
