City Council to vote on $100K consulting for Rochester Police Accountability Board

ROCHESTER, N.Y. — The Rochester City Council is set to vote on a significant decision regarding the Police Accountability Board (PAB) on Tuesday, Nov. 26.

The council will consider whether to pay “Breakthrough Leadership Consulting” nearly $100,000 to develop a three-year strategic plan for the PAB. The creation of this plan is expected to take one year.

News10NBC has reached out to the union representing Rochester Police Department officers, the PAB, and Breakthrough Leadership Consulting for their comments on the matter.
