17-year-old arrested in connection to shots fired at Dewey Ave. Walmart

GREECE, N.Y. (WHEC) — Greece Police Monday announced a second arrest in the shots fired incident that happened at the 3800 Dewey Ave. Walmart back in February.
Monday police arrested a 17-year-old from Rochester. He was charged as an adolescent offender with second degree criminal possession of a weapon and first degree reckless endangerment. Police did not release his name, but did say he was already arraigned and released to a parent.
During the initial investigation into the Feb. 10 incident, police said they believed an argument inside the Walmart escalated, and as those involved in the argument were leaving the building, shots were fired just outside the doors.
No one was hit, but it was a scary experience for many shoppers.

Last month, Greece Police arrested Ibsan Principe, 18, of Rochester, in connection to the incident and charged him with second degree criminal possession of a weapon and first degree reckless endangerment.
Online records showed that when Principe was arrested on March 24, he was in and out of the Monroe County Jail within half an hour.
