AAA offers professional driving assessments for older adults to promote safety behind the wheel
ROCHESTER, N.Y. — This week marks Older Driver Safety Awareness Week, a campaign dedicated to helping older adults stay safe on the road.
By 2030, over 70 million people will be 65 or older, with most holding a driver’s license. Recognizing this, AAA is offering professional driving assessments for older drivers, akin to an annual checkup.
To evaluate your ability to drive, click this link. AAA offers a few different ways to complete your evaluation.
Additionally, AAA offers driver training and education that qualify for an insurance discount. The courses can be done online at your own pace or in person in a classroom. To sign up for a course, click here.
