ROCHESTER, N.Y. (WHEC) — The American Public Works Association recognized a big local project: The New York State Department of Transportation’s 390/490 Interchange Reconfiguration.

This commendation recognizes the positive impact for drivers—especially during rush hour—and the enhanced safety it brings to the area.

The project took years, but it now benefits 200,000 drivers every single day.
