ROCHESTER, N.Y. (WHEC) — With NBA training camps set to begin soon, the Knicks are adding Irondequoit’s own Quintin Rose to the roster. The details of his contract were not released.
Rose, 24, went undrafted out of Temple in 2020 and was briefly with the Kings before landing with the Knicks G League affiliate last season. There, he played in 31 G League games for them while averaging 7.4 points, 2.5 rebounds, and 1.6 assists.
During his time at Bishop Kearney, Rose was a 3x All-Greater Rochester selection as well as a 2nd Team All-State honoree his senior year. That season, he averaged 23 points per game while blocking 10 shots on average which helped the Knights to the Class AA Section Semifinals appearance.
