ALBANY, N.Y. (WHEC) – New York’s Cannabis Control Board is meeting Thursday at 1 p.m.
The meeting comes the day after details emerged about a plan to issue the first 100-200 marijuana retail dispensary licenses to people with drug-related convictions.
