14 denied entry to Sunday’s Bills home game
ORCHARD PARK, N.Y. (WHEC) — Only 14 people were denied entry at Sunday’s Buffalo Bills home game against the Houston Texans.
Erie County Executive Mark C. Poloncarz told our Buffalo affiliate, WGRZ the health department conducted more than 660 spot checks at Highmark Stadium’s gates, for proof of COVID-19 vaccination and they found just over a dozen who could not provide proof.
Last Sunday’s game was the first with the vaccine requirement in place.
Only five people were turned away for that game, out of more than 68,400.
