18-year-old identified as Pardee Street homicide victim

ROCHESTER, N.Y. (WHEC) — An 18-year-old has been identified as the victim of a deadly shooting Monday night in Rochester.
Rochester Police say the call came in around 7:15 p.m. for shots fired at 56 Pardee Street. New York State Troopers were the first to arrive and found several men carrying a gunshot victim. Police say the men left the victim in the street and ran away. They are not believed to be suspects, but likely friends of the victim.
Dayquan Williams was pronounced dead at the scene with one gunshot wound to the torso.
Rochester police say both 56 and 59 Pardee St. are vacant houses being used to store drugs. Police believe the shooting was likely drug-related.

No suspects are in custody.
Anyone with information is being asked to call 911.
The RPD Open Data Portal shows it is the sixth homicide in Rochester of 2022.
