3 charged in Greece jewelry store robbery
GREECE, N.Y. (WHEC) — Three Rochester men are charged in a robbery at a jewelry store in Greece.
Police say Jaquan Simpson, 20, Kashmiere Coats, 20, and Zeaquan Walker, 19, stole more than $14,000 worth of jewelry from Charisma Jewelers.
The three are also accused of stealing a purse from someone in a parking lot nearby.
Police say the investigation is still ongoing, and further arrests may be made.
Simpson and Coats are charged with second degree robbery, second degree assault and third degree grand larceny. Walker is charged with second degree assault and third degree grand larceny.
The Monroe County Sheriff’s Office is planning to share more information on a large investigation into thefts in Greece, Rochester, Irondequoit, Webster and other towns in Monroe and Ontario counties on Friday.
