ROCHESTER, N.Y. (WHEC) — Three men accused of murder in two separate homicides in Rochester were indicted on Tuesday.
The first was Lance Bullard. He’s accused of shooting 31-year-old David Yaw, near Dewey and Knickerbocker avenues on Halloween.
Investigators said Bullard took off to Akron, Ohio shortly after the shooting, but Major Crimes investigators tracked him down and he was extradited to Rochester last month.
Two brothers accused of killing a man near the Rochester Transit Center last month were also arraigned on Tuesday.
Ronald and Donald Brown are both charged with second degree murder in the death of Armani Allen.
Investigators say the brothers beat, stabbed, and shot Allen to death in broad daylight on Saint Paul Street back on Nov. 11.
They’ve both pleaded not guilty.
