3 U of R patient service centers temporarily closed

ROCHESTER, N.Y. (WHEC) — URMC Thursday announced the temporary closure of three patient service centers due to staffing shortages.

The following are listed as temporarily closed according to the URMC website:

  • Irondequoit: East Ridge Family Medicine – 999 E. Ridge Rd.
  • Rochester: Lattimore Road Medical Center – 125 Lattimore Rd. Suite 230
  • Victor: 6532 Anthony Dr. Suite B

This comes after seven UR medical centers had to change their hours in late September, also for being short on staff.

Additionally, all UR Medicine Labs patient service centers will be closed with STAT services available on the Martin Luther King Jr. Holiday.
