4 subpoenas issued in investigation into death of Daniel Prude

ROCHESTER, N.Y. (WHEC) — Four subpoenas have been issued in the investigation into the city’s response to Daniel Prude’s death.
The independent investigator assigned by the city council is seeking evidence from the mayor’s office, the city’s law department, RPD and city council itself.
Each office will have to produce the documents requested by Oct. 2 at 5 p.m.
