Andrew Cuomo releases ad claiming he’s been exonerated

ROCHESTER, N.Y. (WHEC) — Former New York State Governor Andrew Cuomo has now taken to TV to fire back at State Attorney General Tish James.

Cuomo released an ad – and there are expected to be more – claiming he’s been exonerated from charges that he sexually harassed multiple women.

The first ad specifically targets AG Tish James, referencing her report on sexual harassment allegations against Cuomo. In the ad he calls it "bogus."

James has since responded to the ad campaign, saying, "The only thing Cuomo has proven himself to be is a serial sexual harasser and a threat to women in the workplace. No TV ad can change that."
