Bar-Bill Tavern looking to open location in Rochester area

PENFIELD, N.Y. (WHEC) — Buffalo’s Bar-Bill Tavern is looking to open up another location in our area.
We got our hands on the application it filed to transform the old MacGregor’s on Empire Boulevard in the Town of Penfield.
The application says Bar-Bill has been home to what many argue are the best chicken wings in Buffalo.
This would be the tavern’s third location.
The family that owns the restaurant is hoping to be up and running this summer.
