Batavia man charged with sexually abusing two children from 2007-2016

BATAVIA, N.Y. (WHEC) — A Batavia man is accused of sexually abusing two children under the ages of 13 between the years 2007 and 2016.

Wesley Thigpen, 40, was arraigned in Batavia City Court on two felony counts of Predatory Sexual Assault Against a Child.

Batavia police say the alleged abuse took place at several locations around Batavia. Thigpen is jailed without bail.
