Bills-backing bars in KC getting ready for weekend matchup

KANSAS CITY, Mo. (WHEC) — News10NBC Sports Anchor Jackson Roberts is already in Kansas City checking in with some Buffalo Bills fans and the popular spots they flock to.

Earlier Friday, he went to Al’s Bar and Grill. He also went to Taps on Main.

The bar is getting ready for Saturday and expecting a sea of red, white and blue.

One of the owners, Marc Tower, told Roberts it was genuinely difficult for him as a Bills fan to display a Patrick Mahomes jersey, but if it brings people in to buy, that conflict within goes away.

It’s always a big spot for Bill’s fans. Tower said whenever the team plays, the game is on their screens.

To them, all the traveling fans make for a great bonding experience and some extra confidence.
