Cannabis farm tour in Erie County begins

ERIE COUNTY, N.Y. (WHEC) – Thursday the Office of Cannabis Management began its tour of marijuana farms across the state.

Members from the Cannabis Control Board joined them for a visit to the first farm in Erie County Thursday afternoon.

The group will also check out farms in Schoharie and Ulster Counties tomorrow.

It’s an opportunity to see the progress made at farms that will stock the shelves of the first adult-use dispensaries later this year.
