City pools open in Rochester

ROCHESTER, N.Y. (WHEC) – Although today might not be the perfect day to swim, it is July 5th, which means Rochester City Pools are officially open for the summer.
City officials announced last week that despite a state-wide lifeguard shortage, the pools would be opening through the summer months.
The Trenton and Pamela Jackson Recreational Center pool opened on Tuesday and the Willie Lightfoot pool is set to open to the public on Wednesday.
