Deputies: Henrietta man charged after inappropriately touching child at Walmart
HENRIETTA, N.Y. (WHEC) — A Henrietta man is facing charges of forcible touching and endangering the welfare of a child after an incident at Walmart Monday.
The Monroe County Sheriff’s Office says it happened at around 1:30 p.m. and started with a report of a fight, and while deputies were headed to the scene, the caller told dispatchers that a man had inappropriately touched a child.
Michael Carl Johnson, 31, was charged and released with an appearance ticket.
