Deputies: Man charged with failure to register as a sex offender

GENEVA, N.Y. (WHEC) — The Ontario County Sheriff’s Office Wednesday arrested a man and charged him with failing to register as a sex offender.
Charles Edward Mills, 62, is accused of moving from Farmington to Geneva without notifying authorities of his address within 10 days as is required.
Deputies say they took Mills into custody without incident and took him to the Ontario County Jail for pre-arraignment detention and he is due back in Farmington Town Court at a later date.
