Deputies: Man drove 100 mph with his blood alcohol content above the legal limit

BERGEN N.Y. – Genesee County Sheriff’s Office said a man drove 100 miles per hour in a 55 zone while intoxicated on Friday morning. 21-year-old Carlos Diaz has been charged with a DWI.

The man’s blood alcohol content was 0.08% or higher, sheriffs said, which is above the legal limit. Police apprehended him driving on Clinton Street Road in Bergen.

He will be arraigned in Bergen Town Court on April 6.
