Deputies: Motorcyclist suffers life-threatening injuries in Wayne County crash

HURON, N.Y. (WHEC) — A motorcyclist suffered serious injuries after a crash in Wayne County Saturday night.
Deputies with the Wayne County Sheriff’s Office responded around 7:30 p.m. for the report of a motorcycle crash on Lummisville Road in the town of Huron.
Karrie Edwards, 43, of Huron, was riding her motorcycle west on Lummisville Road when she drove off the north side of the road, deputies said.
Edwards was taken to Upstate Medical Center via Mercy Flight with life-threatening injuries.
The cause of the crash is under investigation.
