PENFIELD, N.Y. (WHEC)—Eastbound traffic has reopened as deputies investigate an SUV crash into a utility pole, and a home in Penfield Tuesday morning.

The crash happened on Penfield Road near Baird Road around 6:30 a.m.

Deputies say the SUV was heading west on Penfield Road when it was cut off by an "unknown vehicle" and then struck the pole, and the front of the home.

The pole was cut in half, but nobody was hurt.

The eastbound lane was shut down as Rochester Gas & Electric crew worked to repair the pole.
