First Alert Forecast: Slight thunder threat later today and the heat is on for tomorrow

ROCHESTER, N.Y. (WHEC) – Warm and muggy Tuesday ahead with temps in the upper 80s.

Plenty of sunshine through early afternoon then we need to keep an eye to the sky after 5PM for a spot storm with a downpour possible. We crank the heat up tomorrow with temps into the 90s for many of us Wednesday afternoon.

A few showers and thunderstorms are possible late at night into Thursday morning but no severe weather is expected so our Threat Tracker will remain at green the next few days.
