First Alert Weather: Sunshine and warmth continues into the weekend

ROCHESTER N.Y. (WHEC) — Another spectacular day on the way with mostly sunny skies and temps soaring into the 70s and 80s this afternoon.

Great weather ahead tonight into Friday with highs in the low 80s expected tomorrow. The weekend will feature a chance of showers and thunderstorms both Saturday and Sunday, especially during the afternoon hours.

At this time no severe weather is expected so our Threat Tracker will remain green. A few heavier downpours are possible but not enough to cancel any outdoor plans. Just be prepared for some rain at times this weekend.
