Free car seat inspections in Monroe, Yates and Livingston Counties this month

ROCHESTER, N.Y. (WHEC) — Free car seat inspections by certified professionals are available in Monroe, Yates and Livingston Counties in the upcoming weeks.

The Governor’s Traffic Safety Committee announced the following events:

Penfield

• Tuesday, July 20, from 3 p.m to 6 p.m.
  • Penfield Fire Dept – Station #1, 1838 Penfield Rd.

Penn Yan

• Saturday, July 24, 1 p.m. to 4 p.m.
  • Penn Yan Volunteer Ambulance, 205 North Ave.
• Saturday, July 31, from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m.
  • Benton Volunteer Fire Department, 932 NY-14A

Mount Morris

• Thursday, July 29, from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m.
  • Cornell Cooperative Extension of Livingston County, 3 Murray Hill Dr.
