Gates Police asking for help catching boys wanted for stealing cars

GATES, N.Y. (WHEC) — Gates Police are asking for your help to catch a group of boys wanted for stealing cars across Monroe County.
The boys are accused of taking the cars recently from homes in Henrietta, Ogden, Gates and Greece.
Police say six boys worked together to break into the home and steal a purse and car keys.
Both cars were found. One was damaged from a crash.
Officers said earlier that same morning, they tried to pull over two other stolen cars. One of those cars crashed.
The other drove over several yards to get away.
All of the suspects, also boys, ran away.
Police think they may all be connected.
