Gov. Hochul announces expansion of Corning Inc. in Fairport

FAIRPORT, N.Y. (WHEC) – Governor Kathy Hochul announced a new $139 million investment to expand the Corning Inc. facility in Fairport.
It will help bolster the nation’s semi-conductor chip production, and 270 jobs will be added.
