Health & Wellness Week: Mental Health

ROCHESTER, N.Y. (WHEC) — There’s no doubt, it’s been a challenging time for all of us. News10NBC wants to make sure you’re focusing on your mental health. We need to remember our mental health is just as important as our physical health.
