High winds resulting in power outages

ROCHESTER, N.Y. (WHEC) – Increasing winds are starting to cause power outages throughout the region.

Rochester Gas and Electric is reporting more than 350 customers without power in Monroe County. At one point, more than 6600+ were without power just in Monroe County were in the dark.

National Grid has a few hundred outages as well, mostly in Genesee and Orleans Counties.
