Highland Hospital Gala raises 650K for patient tower

ROCHESTER N.Y. (WHEC) — The Highland Hospital Gala raised more than $650,000 for the new patient tower at the hospital.
UR Medicine says that’s the second-highest amount Highland has ever raised at an event like this. More than 600 doctors, hospital leaders, and supporters came out to the riverside convention center last Saturday.
The tower that’s currently under construction will include 58 new patient rooms.
