Hilton man accused of posting revenge porn charged with stalking

HILTON, N.Y. (WHEC) — A Hilton man is facing stalking charges after federal prosecutors say he posted someone’s nude pictures using their full name and sent those pictures to people they knew.
Prosecutors say it happened in 2019 and that David Guest, 24, posted the victim’s pictures and information to several pornography websites and sent them to the victim’s family, colleagues, former classmates, and friends.
Prosecutors say the victim has been contacted by people who received the pictures, causing them emotional distress.
Guest is being held pending a detention hearing on Feb. 18.
If convicted, he faces up to five years in prison and a fine of $250,000.
