JetBlue waiving some change and cancellation fees amid COVID-19 surge

ROCHESTER, N.Y. (WHEC) — JetBlue is working to give its passengers more flexibility if they have to cancel or change their flights.

The fees for those changes have been waived for any "Blue Basic" booking made between Aug. 25 and Oct. 31. Fare difference and fare rules on date of change apply.

The fees will stay in place for any other flights.

It was one of many airlines to make a similar move when coronavirus cases were spiking earlier in the summer.
