ORCHARD PARK, N.Y. (WHEC) — The past is the past. That’s the Bills’ attitude moving into this weekend, as they get set for their first divisional game of the year.
Understandably, Josh Allen had a little bit of nerves heading into that first game. The first game with a full stadium in two years and he mentioned that affected his mechanics.
Now, the QB is past that and ready for the Dolphins, a team he’s completed 64% of his passes against in five games to go along with a seventeen to four touchdown interception ratio but whether the results are good or bad, Allen puts it all behind him.
"We’re past this, you know, we’ve got a 24-hour rule here," Allen said. "Win or lose, we have to turn our attention toward the next week so that’s what we’re doing. Like I said, we learned a lot of things from the tape this last week and, you know, we’re looking forward to applying it to the game field Sunday. From what we see on film they’re a really well-coached team and they’ve got some good players. Ultimately, we’ve got to find a way to move the ball and score."
The Bills v. Dolphins game will start at 1 p.m. Sunday on Fox.
