Left-turn lanes on East Main Street at Culver Road intersection removed for construction

ROCHESTER, N.Y. (WHEC) — The left-turn lanes on East Main Street at the intersection with Culver Road have been removed.
Left turns will still be allowed, however, drivers should anticipate delays, as there are no left-turn pockets.
The city says this change will remain in effect through the end of October.
This construction is part of the east main street reconstruction project to create a cycle track to accommodate bicycle activity on each side of East Main Street.
