Local llama in the running to be next Cadbury Bunny

ARCADE, N.Y. (WGRZ/WHEC) — A local llama is in the running to be the next Cadbury Bunny.

Eclipse the llama lives in Arcade, Wyoming County and this is the second time she has entered the contest, but it’s the first time she’s been a finalist.

Don’t think for a minute that a llama can’t be the Cadbury Bunny. Eclipse is not the only non-bunny in the running this year.

There are three dogs, a cat, a horse, a bearded dragon, a sugar glider and a hedgehog in the running.

Cadbury will donate up to $20,000 to the American Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (ASPCA) for votes for this year’s "bunny."
