Man arrested after Fleming Street shooting

ROCHESTER, N.Y. (WHEC) — The US Marshalls Task Force arrested a man for a shooting on Fleming Street on Tuesday.
Rochester police responded at around 12:30 p.m. to reports of a 35-year-old man shot in the lower body on Fleming Street. He was taken to Rochester General Hospital in a private vehicle and is expected to be ok.
An investigation led to the arrest of Bruce Miles, 33 of Rochester, on Wednesday on State Street. Miles is charged with assault and criminal possession of a weapon.
