ROCHESTER N.Y. (WHEC) — A man is under arrest after two attempted carjackings in the city’s Corn Hill neighborhood on Tuesday night.
Clifton Moody, 21, is facing attempted robbery charges.
Police got a call around 9:15 p.m. from a woman who said a man tried to take her car at gunpoint near Atkinson and Adams Streets. Shortly after, another 911 caller said an armed man tried to steal his car, this time on Tubman Way.
