Man charged with DWI after serious car crash in Chili

CHILI, N.Y. (WHEC) — A car flipped up an embankment and crashed through a pole before stopping and the driver had to be pulled from the car.
The crash happened at around 1:30 a.m. on Scottsville Road, which is south of Jefferson Road.
An ambulance left the scene with a person inside. He was checked out at the hospital with minor injuries and has been charged with DWI.
