Man charged with raping minor in Victor

CANANDAIGUA, N.Y. (WHEC) – A Niagara Falls man has been charged with raping a minor.

The Ontario County Sheriff’s Office says 30-year-old Joel Costanzo was arrested on an indictment warrant for a July 2021 incident in Victor. He is facing two Rape charges (1st and 3rd degree), Criminal Sexual Act (1st & 3rd), Forcible Touching and Endangering the Welfare of a Child.

Costanzo was transported to the Ontario County Correctional Facility until his next court appearance.
