Man found dead in tractor-trailer on 590 has been identified

ROCHESTER, N.Y. (WHEC) — The Monroe County Sheriff’s Office has identified the man found dead in a tractor-trailer on the side of 590 Friday morning.
The man has been identified as Jeffrey J. Shorter, 37, of Irondequoit.
Deputies received a call around 10:30 a.m. of the truck on the side of 590 southbound near Elmwood Ave. Witnesses told us they saw the truck there Thursday night as well.
Deputies say there are no signs of foul play.
