Man found not guilty of murder in 2019 shooting death of Rochester man

ROCHESTER, N.Y. (WHEC) — A jury found a man not guilty in the 2019 shooting death of another man on Thursday.

The Monroe County District Attorney’s Office confirmed to News10NBC a jury found Craig Stanford, 26, not guilty of second-degree murder and weapons charges.

Stanford was arrested in September 2019 after the shooting death of Duane Quamina, 31, around 2 a.m. on Orchard Street.

Quamina was pronounced dead at the scene.
