Man in serious condition after shooting on McNaughton Street in Rochester

ROCHESTER, N.Y. (WHEC) — The shooting happened at around 10:30 a.m. Wednesday on the 200 block of McNaughton Street.

The victim is a 31-year old Rochester resident and is currently at Strong Memorial Hospital after being shot at least once in his upper body. However, the injuries are not considered life-threatening at this time. He was driven to the hospital by personal vehicle. Police followed him on the way.

RPD says it appears to be a targeted attack and there is no threat to the public.
